The location of this hotel is very good. It's in a great area that's within walking distance of the city center and near the lovely shopping streets. Additionally, it's close to everything you need to see in the city, making it easy to explore Milan. The hotel has some great facilities, including a nice breakfast and comfortable rooms.

The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant manager, Giuseppe, went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and memorable stay.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as a lack of lighting in the room and issues with the AC and pillows, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. The staff's caring attitude and the hotel's convenient location more than made up for these minor inconveniences.
