the breakfast was absoluteley chaotic, with limited options and no coffee machines to be found. i expected more from such a so-called reputable hotel. also, after my room was changed, i thought a complimentary gesture woudl ve been appropriate, but the staff just ignored it. honestly, barely hanging on to that extra star.

The hotel is situated in a vibrant area, with excellent accessibility to public transportation and local attractions, making it perfect for exploring Milan.

During my stay, the WiFi connectivity was notably inconsistent, making it challenging to stay connected.

Explore the nearby Milan Natural History Museum, only 800 meters away, for an enriching experience beyond the hotel.

Got to the place before noon! they let us check in and stash our bags right away!

The hotel is ideally located next to a beautiful park, perfect for morning strolls. It's a pleasant walk to the city center, offering easy access to shops and dining. The on-site breakfast served in the garden terrace adds a lovely touch to the stay.

The elevators can be quite slow during peak times.

The cleanliness was impressive , with daily room upkeep. The staff's helpfulness truly shone, accommodating requests for early check-in and late check-out smoothly.

Although the location is central , the walk to attractions felt lengthy. Additionally, the breakfast variety left much to be desired, lacking appealing options.

Memorable Stay with Room for Improvement

Had a panoramic view room that was stunning. However, service at breakfast was quite slow, leading to some chaos. The restaurant had potential. I recommend checking operating hours beforehand. Overall, a good experience, but be prepared for some delays. I'd rate it better with improved service timing.

Check-in was a circus. my luggage played hide-and-seek for an hour! Plus, who thought a hot room with a window facing traffic was a good idea?

The stay was enjoyable with comfortable rooms that met my needs. I appreciated the breakfast selection which could be enjoyed in the garden terrace. The staff were helpful, especially Sophia at the bar who assisted us in finding a restaurant. Although the air conditioning had issues, they promptly provided a fan and an adjustment improved the situation. As an art historian, I found the hotel's design and location convenient for my interests.

the staff was a bit unfriendlly. but the room was spacious with numerous pillows and a comfy bed. plus the location was great in front of a park with a green terrace. enjoyed the helpful reception staff.

stayed at manin for one night, and it was fantastic! the location is perfect, right by high street shopping and easy access to the metro. the staff was incredibly kind, especially towards my elderly parents. we loved the panoramic suite with a pool on the top floor. breakfast had plenty of options too!

I loved my stay thanks to the great service and the easy access to nearby attractions like the duomo di milano just a short 1.5 km away and the charming milan natural history museum located only about 800 meters from the hotel. it really made my weekend city strolls amazing and enjoyable.

the breakfast was basic, and we had to eat in a tiny room due to cleaning.

My stay was delightful! The garden terrace was such a treat for breakfast, and the double room was just right for my needs. Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled a bit, but they provided a fan quickly.
