As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the clean and well-maintained room. The mini-bar had a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, although they were not complimentary. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.

Felt like home with no reason to complain.

The hotel's reception and pool area made a great first impression upon arrival. The air conditioning, although lacking in some areas, provided some relief from the heatwave during our stay. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel in Montecatini Terme. The value for money was great, especially considering the beautiful, shabby chic style of our deluxe room. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only small improvement that could be made would be to offer a greater variety of food for breakfast.
