I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, especially considering the price. It's close to the train station, making it convenient for travel, and it's also within walking distance of the town center. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast was good, offering a nice selection of items to start the day off right. this hotel offers great value for money and is a great base for exploring Verona and surrounding areas.

The staff's handling of the payment was confusing and frustrating. They took the first night's payment in advance, claiming it was a pre-authorization but actually holding onto the money.
