I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, especially considering the price. It's close to the train station, making it convenient for travel, and it's also within walking distance of the town center. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast was good, offering a nice selection of items to start the day off right. this hotel offers great value for money and is a great base for exploring Verona and surrounding areas.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and city center. the convenience of being able to easily explore the city without having to rely on public transportation was a major plus. the air conditioning in the room was also excellent, providing a cool and comfortable environment during the hot weather. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh croissants and rolls.

They took the first night's payment in advance, claiming it was a pre-authorization but actually holding onto the money. During check-out, they wanted full payment again and only agreed to refund the previously paid amount the following day.

The breakfast was decent enough and the staff was friendly. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine and some chocolates upon arrival. the hotel was situated in a convenient location, near a train station and restaurants. Having a balcony in the room was a nice touch and allowed us to enjoy the evenings looking out at the city.

The walls were far too thin and we could hear everything in the neighboring rooms. the bed was extremely uncomfortable and left us with back pain.

The included breakfast was excellent, outdoor dining on the patio was enjoyable. Facilities were clean and well-maintained. River view from the window was beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful, providing packed food for our train journey. Gym had a good selection of machines. Free parking available.
