As a couple looking for a romantic getaway, we found Susafa to be the perfect retreat. The stunning location in the Madonie Mountains provided breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The converted farm buildings were beautifully designed, preserving the charm of the original farm while offering modern amenities. The on-site restaurant and bar provided delectable meals and drinks, and the rooftop deck was a lovely spot to enjoy a sunset drink. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Susafa was a dream place for a couple seeking relaxation and romance.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in between two major cities making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The setting was also beautiful, with stunning views of the green hills and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were very caring and offered excellent hospitality, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the water pressure in the shower was quite low, which meant we had to wait a long time for hot water.

Slow cooking certified restaurant with the best dishes. Fresh produce from the Masseria's gardens. Lovely staff. Breathtaking nature. Functional luxury. An oasis of tranquility surrounded by a stunning landscape.

We stayed at Masseria Susafa to relax and explore the Sicilian countryside. The owners are invested and ensure high-quality standards throughout the stay. The organic gastronomy, jazz bar, and restaurant in the old granary are fantastic features. The location in the Madonie Mountains offers breathtaking views, and the pool is a great spot to unwind. The staff is friendly and the rooms, situated in former workers' houses, are tastefully furnished with modern bathrooms. Masseria Susafa is a dream place.

I had a truly relaxing stay at the retreat. The suite I stayed in was spacious and had amazing sunset views. The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful, with a great selection of fresh juices, cheeses, fruits, and nuts. The grounds were well maintained and the sustainability efforts of the hotel were commendable. The staff was friendly and I met some lovely people during my stay. it was a spectacular getaway that I would highly recommend.

The hotel offered stunning views of the Sicilian landscape and had a large swimming pool. The breakfast had a great variety of high-quality local products. The staff were polite and competent.
