The staff were incredibly friendly, chatty, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our needs were met. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a new, well-maintained bathroom. We also enjoyed having a bar and restaurant on-site, where we had delicious food and drinks. The service was top-notch, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We were also impressed with the hotel's amenities, including the terrace, soundproofed rooms, and free toiletries. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

The hotel was in a great location, perfect for exploring the city centre and going shopping. The room was decorated beautifully with plenty of amenities including a coffee machine. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the complimentary dressing gowns. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of options to choose from including fresh fruit and a variety of hot meals.

Our check-in experience wasn't great. We were told our room wasn't ready and had to wait over an hour to check in.
