The location was perfect for us. We had the Metro station right outside the front door, which made it convenient to explore the city and reach all the major attractions. The hotel was also very centrally situated, and we could easily walk around the City Centre. There were a lot of shopping options and restaurants nearby if we wanted a quick bite or some retail therapy before heading back. The staff at the hotel were really nice and the breakfast had a nice variety. We loved the cappuccino!

The location, right in front of Porta Venezia metro station and next to Jean Louis David, made it convenient for transportation. It was also close enough to the city center, allowing easy access to the main attractions. The breakfast provided was satisfactory and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Stayed in this hotel during Thanksgiving and had a great time. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with great recommendations for nearby restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a great shower. One of the best things about this hotel was its location, a short walk from major attractions and public transportation options. We enjoyed the daily breakfast, which offered a great variety of options to start our day.

There were a couple of minor issues that slightly dampened our experience. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty in our room, which made it difficult to stay connected to our devices at times.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily explore the most shopping area like Buenos Airis street and visit all the popular attractions. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the dining restaurant and the cozy atmosphere of the bar/lounge area. The hotel's facilities, such as free Wi-Fi and luggage storage, were also greatly appreciated.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. The location is superb and the service is outstanding.

Despite the shortcomings, the hotel did have a few positive aspects. The location was convenient, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The bathroom was spacious and the breakfast offered was relatively good. However, these few positives were not enough to outweigh the overall negative experience at the hotel.
