The rooms may be small, but they are comfortable and the beds provide a restful night's sleep. The staff is friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast may be simple, but the coffee and croissants are absolutely delightful. a charming place to stay.

The staff was friendly, always with a smile on their faces. the room was clean, spacious, and bright. the air conditioning system helped keep the room cool and comfortable during the hot weather. the breakfast was simple but enough, featuring some sweet pastries to start your day off right.

The hotel is a little noisy, especially during peak hours, due to its location near a busy street. the Wi-Fi network was not strong enough in the room, and the mini fridge was quite noisy as well.

He upgraded me to a better room this time, and everything was perfect. I loved having breakfast on the small balcony, with stunning views of the sea and the volcano in the background. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from Mergellina railway station and the pier for ferries to the islands. The staff were welcoming and the room was spacious. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the Gulf of Naples from my window. a great experience!
