I had a great stay at this hotel! the location is perfect - it's close to everything, so you're never too far away from all the attractions. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, with large bathrooms and all the basic amenities needed. And lastly, the breakfast was delicious, and the view from the rooftop terrace made it even better.

Some guests had poor experiences with tours booked through the hotel, with issues regarding unclear pricing and adding on extra fees. a few guests struggled to find the hotel at first, but were able to navigate the area better once they became familiar with it.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even meeting us at the train station to deliver our bags when we couldn't return for another night. I recently stayed at a beautiful riad in Fes and I cannot recommend it enough. The quality of the restoration is impressive and the staff at the riad, especially Muhammad and Yusuf, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic - just a short walk from Bab Boujeloud and surrounded by delicious restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop offers stunning views. The breakfasts were delicious, with Moroccan pastries and fresh orange juice. I will definitely be returning to this riad on my next trip to Fes.
