We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel with a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius. The rooms were spacious and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great selection. The pool area was well looked after, and the bar staff even brought drinks to us at the pool. The hotel was in a great location, close to Pompeii and the walk to the town wasn't too difficult.

The shower area in the room was quite small and the Wi-Fi required constant logging in.

Excellent base to explore Sorrento, with stunning views from the balcony. I had a top floor room with a beautiful garden view, providing a peaceful and quiet stay. The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The outside terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a drink. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast had a wide selection to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. While I preferred to dine at the local restaurants in Sorrento, the hotel also had its own restaurant and there was a fantastic restaurant nearby with a breathtaking view of the bay of Naples. I thoroughly enjoyed the walk down to Sorrento each day, taking in the magnificent views. For those who prefer not to walk, there are convenient options such as buses or taxis available. Additionally, I appreciated being on this side of Sorrento as it allowed easy access to both marinas.

The staff at Hotel Metropole were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of food options and amazing coffee. The spacious rooms were cleaned daily, and the bed sheets were changed, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay.

The hotel had a nice pool and a large, clean and comfortable room. The staff, especially Alessandra, were very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and they even accommodated our early departure by providing breakfast at 5 am. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

The location of the hotel is quite inconvenient, as it is just outside the centre of Sorrento. It is situated on top of a large hill, which made the walk quite physically demanding. Additionally, the hotel is on the outskirts of Sorrento, meaning that it is not easily accessible to all the attractions and amenities in the city.

The meals provided at the hotel were mediocre and not up to standard.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. With its reasonable prices and attention to detail, you won't be disappointed. Situated on a hill on the outskirts of town, the location provides a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The rooms, especially the top-floor attics with low ceilings, are equipped with basic amenities and clean towels are provided daily. Plus, the breakfast is delicious, offering a great start to your day.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The room was clean and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Alessandra at the reception, who even parked our hire car for us. The hotel also had a great location, just a short walk from the town center. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and friendly stay.

The only drawback we experienced was that the air conditioning was a little noisy. However, this did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

We enjoyed sitting on the quiet sun deck, overlooking the beautiful garden view.

It was a bit inconvenient to walk to the main part of town due to a lack of pavement for part of the journey.

The hotel is located about a 20-minute walk from the town center, which allowed me to admire the beautiful views of the Napoli bay and Sorrento along the way. my experience at the hotel was fantastic.

With breathtaking views from the hotel, you get to wake up to the beautiful scenery of the town every morning. the food was also great, especially the three-course meals, which were flavorful and plentiful. the hotel's proximity to the town center made it easy to explore the surroundings.

The room was quite small and only had a single power socket, which made it hard to charge multiple devices at the same time. we found the shower gel provided in the bathroom to be quite basic and not enough for our needs.

Our stay at Hotel Metropole was absolutely fantastic! We had an amazing time exploring Amalfi, where we had a blast walking around the main square and checking out the Cathedral. And the boat trip to Capri was epic! We had about 5/6 hours of free time to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful island. It was the perfect vacation for us young party-goers!

If there was one thing we wished for, it would be a livelier atmosphere at the hotel. Don't get me wrong, the staff were great and the facilities were awesome, but it would have been even more fun if there were some organized activities or events for young people like us.

Great location near the bay and main road. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a fridge. The towels and sheets were changed regularly. The breakfast had plenty of options and the evening meals were always enjoyable. The staff were courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. The pool was small but never crowded, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available.

The walk to town can be challenging without a proper path for the first 400 meters. The parking was not free as advertised, and there were extra charges.
