The location of the hotel was great, right on the lake and close to the ferry landings. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with advice and recommendations during our city break.

There were some drawbacks to our experience. the wifi in the hotel was really bad, making it difficult to stay connected.

The location was amazing, close to everything - the lake, the market, and the Telefric. The Como Nord Lago train station was just a 5-minute walk away. The view from our room was magical.

They assisted us with everything we needed, from room service to car hire, and even helped us plan our daily activities with their tours and ticket assistance. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our trip. we were extremely satisfied with our experience at this hotel.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the amazing location right in the heart of Como and the cozy restaurant space where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. the hotel's key location facts were its proximity to Piazza Cavour and the beautiful view of the street. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the helpful and friendly staff who made my stay even more pleasant.

On the downside, the restaurant experience was not up to par. the lack of greeting and slow service left a lot to be desired.

Located close to the train station, the hotel is in the heart of the city center and offers an exceptional view of the lake. It's situated right opposite the ferry terminal, and it's a great starting point to explore Como. The rooms are clean and come with all essential amenities one may need, including comfortable beds, ample storage, and modern bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent and offers a wide range of choices.

The view from my suite at Hotel Metropole Suisse was absolutely breathtaking. I had a perfect view of the lake and the transport boats. The staff was always friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The bed in my suite was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was nutritious and tasty, a great way to start the day. I would highly recommend this hotel for its stunning view and great service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They made sure everything was perfectly organized and my room was huge and beautiful. The bed was also great, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The view of the lake was spectacular, and the location made it easy for me to explore the town on foot.
