We were pleased with the comfortable, clean room and convenient location. The staff was accommodating when we needed new batteries for the thermostat. we had a great stay at Fairfield Inn.

Our stay at Fairfield Inn was truly wonderful. The staff was incredibly supportive and understanding of our unique circumstances, as we had just returned from living overseas for 6 1/2 years and I had recently undergone multiple surgeries. They became like family to us, making our stay even more special. We even held our grandson's 3rd birthday party at the hotel, which was a blast for both the kids and adults. The clean and spacious bathroom was a nice touch, and it was a pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a king suite upon arrival. Alissa, the friendly young woman at the check-in, provided exceptional customer service and was always there to assist us with any questions or recommendations.

My stay at the Fairfield Inn was fantastic! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. When I had an issue with the heating in my room, they immediately upgraded me to a better room, even though it turned out the issue was actually my fault. The front desk staff, particularly Josh, even sent me a handwritten note to apologize for the inconvenience and gave me 2 free snacks from their store. I was impressed with their level of customer service and attention to detail. The room itself was comfortable and the layout of the shower was cleverly designed. The breakfast spread was one of the best I've seen, with a variety of options to suit different dietary preferences. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location near shops and restaurants, making it easy to find a great meal or do some light shopping. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a large shower, excellent amenities like free water and snacks. Breakfast is good with a variety of options and the custom-made carpets in the hallways are wonderful, adding an Eastern Shore touch to the environment.

The lack of password protection on WIFI in the hotel made me cautious about using it effectively.

The staff at Fairfield Inn was absolutely fabulous! I arrived with my family on Memorial Day and they had a special gesture of giving out mini toy soldiers to remind us of the true meaning of the day. The location was also convenient, close to Easton, St Michaels, and Oxford. The hotel met all our expectations with clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast with juice, coffee, and danish was a nice touch. We will definitely come back! I highly recommend this hotel.
