The air conditioning was inadequate, leading to discomfort in warmer weather!!! The bathrooms could use better design for space efficiency!!! Noise from the street was quite bothersome, affecting sleep quality!!!

I expected to be treated like royalty, but all I got was cramped quarters, with noise from the front door keeping me awake at night. I can hardly believe it when my forgotten items were ignored by the staff. A complimentary gesture woudl ve been the least I could've received after such a chaotic experience, but alas, no.

Perfect spot in the heart of Venice!

Wow, this place was just steps away from everything! The rooms were so comfy, and we loved the chilly A/C on those hot days. Breakfast was solid, and we even enjoyed in-room dining for late-night snacks. Just wish the elevator was a bit bigger for all my stuff. Dario, the staff member, really made our trip special with his tips!

The room was spacious and stylish, with lovely decor and great lighting. I felt like royalty with the comfort it offered. Location was a dream – just a hop, skip, and a jump to everything amazing!

The lift was about as spacious as a shoe box, and finding the one power outlet was like a treasure hunt! Next time, I’ll pack a portable charger and a sense of humor!

I loved the breakfast buffet with fresh hot and cold items! The complimentary afternoon tea with pastries was a delightful surprise, but the shower was way too tiny for comfort. I'd stay again though!

Our stay at Hotel Montecarlo was simply unforgettable. The 2-bedroom apartment was picture-perfect, and the location was just a heartbeat from San Marco Square. We loved the thoughtful touches, like complimentary tea and delicious pastries in the afternoon. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Each moment felt special and perfectly crafted for our family getaway!

The kids loved the pancakes at breakfast and the afternoon tea was a nice surprise with cakes and drinks. I also appreciated the staff's hospitality, they were always there when we needed help. On our last morning, we even got a free trip to Murano on a charming water taxi, which made our goodbye even sweeter.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but for the location and experience, it was worth it.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from St Mark's Square, making it ideal for sightseeing. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations with fresh pastries, a variety of meats and cheeses, and excellent coffee. On the downside, the lack of an elevator in the annex building coupled with its narrow stairs posed a challenge, and my room was quite compact, not suited for larger luggage. Some common areas showed signs of wear, needing a thorough cleaning. The staff’s warmth and helpfulness left a good impression despite these drawbacks.
