We got excellent value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the sights and fantastic restaurants. The staff, especially the owner Ernestina, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only thing I wish was better about the breakfast was the selection.

The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette and reliable wifi. The host, Eletta, was friendly and helpful. a wonderful experience.

The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking. We felt like we were in a movie every time we looked out the windows. the property itself was historically stunning and full of character and soul. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy walking distance to all major sites in the city. This made it convenient for us to explore and enjoy our time in the city without having to travel far.

The sofa bed upstairs and downstairs could have been more comfortable. the mattresses were very thin and it was easy to feel the springs.

The staff, especially Ernestina and Eletta, were kind, helpful, and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been better. It would have been nice if they provided shampoo, soap, and paper tissue in the room.

The location of the hotel was amazing! We felt like locals walking into this beautiful old building and the square it was located in was stunning. All the major sites were within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the apartment itself was clean and beautifully furnished, with modern amenities that added to our overall comfort.

One drawback was that the second bedroom in the apartment had limited headroom in certain areas, which made it uncomfortable for our friends who stayed there. It would have been helpful if this limitation was clearly specified on the website.

The kitchen in the apartment could have been better stocked and larger, as it was more of a kitchenette suited for simple meals. It was also a bit inconvenient to have to buy everything from scratch as there was no pantry.

I absolutely loved my stay at Palazzo Uguccioni. The apartment had a charming ambiance and the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. The kitchen area was well-equipped and the mattress was comfortable. The best part was the wonderful historic building it was located in. Although I didn't have a view of the piazza, the rooftop views were still enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for a memorable stay in Florence.
