Perfect location. Quiet at night. Cute terrace. Great amenities. No traffic noise. Easy walking distance to attractions. Good for shopping. Close to train station. Lovely host. Would stay again.

We got excellent value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the sights and fantastic restaurants. The staff, especially the owner Ernestina, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only thing I wish was better about the breakfast was the selection.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from iconic landmarks like the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had stunning views of Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were extremely helpful. We loved the charming atmosphere and proximity to great coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Absolutely loved our stay!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The view from my room was breathtaking, with the Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo right outside my window. The location was perfect, with easy access to the museum and other attractions. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette and reliable wifi. The host, Eletta, was friendly and helpful. a wonderful experience.

Everything is what I need and want.

The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking. We felt like we were in a movie every time we looked out the windows. the property itself was historically stunning and full of character and soul. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy walking distance to all major sites in the city. This made it convenient for us to explore and enjoy our time in the city without having to travel far.

The sofa bed upstairs and downstairs could have been more comfortable. the mattresses were very thin and it was easy to feel the springs.

Magical location, quiet and cool apartment, helpful staff, spacious and good for families, character and comfort, outstanding location.

The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the old city, with plenty of restaurants and sights within walking distance. The staff, especially Ernestina and Eletta, were kind, helpful, and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been better. It would have been nice if they provided shampoo, soap, and paper tissue in the room.
