The inn itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately run. We felt like family and can't wait to return.

The hotel is conveniently located down the main canal from the water taxi, making it easily accessible for guests. The rooms are recently renovated and shine with modern amenities. One guest particularly loved the large bed and air conditioning in their room. The breakfast offered at the hotel is great, with a fabulous coffee machine and addictive Machiattos. the hotel offers a mini bar included in the room price with plenty of water, juice, and snacks.

Some guests mentioned that the bathroom in Room 102 is small compared to others.

The value for money was great, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient with easy access to the public boat service, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hidden gem in Murano. The owner, Cesare, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Despite arriving early, he stored my baggage and offered me breakfast before I went out to explore. The room was absolutely lovely, with a balcony overlooking the canal. It was the perfect location, close to the vaporetti and a delicious restaurant owned by Cesare's son. Cesare even showed me around his glass show below the hotel, showcasing the beautiful works he and his son had made. Murano itself was a tranquil escape from the crowds of Venice, with fresh salt air and a sense of safety. I can't wait to return to Murano Palace and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this part of Italy.
