I absolutely loved staying in the Spanish Quarter! The location was perfect, right on the main pedestrian shopping street. It was so convenient being right next to the Metro, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with helpful recommendations and assistance with transportation. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the bustling streets below. a great experience!

The room was comfortable and within our budget, and we were pleased to find a safe in the room. We really appreciated the staff member reaching out to us via WhatsApp to welcome us and give us specific instructions for finding the property. the helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness of the property were outstanding.

Showers in need of a "floating shelf" for my precious toiletries. How else can I display them like an art exhibit while showering?

Upon arriving at Napoli Centro Suite E Spa, I was greeted with such warmth and hospitality by the hosts Francesca and Isabelle. Their friendly welcome set the tone for a fantastic holiday in Naples. I greatly appreciated Francesca's help in arranging a taxi to the train station on my last day, as Uber was unreliable. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious foods, and my room was spacious and clean. The addition of two balconies was a lovely touch, and the TV with Netflix was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything I wanted to visit within easy reach. Francesca and Isabelle truly went above and beyond, and their motto of "you arrive as guests, but leave as family" rang true for me. I can't wait to come back and experience their hospitality again. The location was not familiar with the Spanish Quarters and how busy and crowded it was. Breakfast was very basic, but decent for a 3-star hotel.

De ligging van het hotel was geweldig, dicht bij de grote markt en in een rustige cul-de-sac. Het was natuurlijk handig dat het hotel vlakbij het treinstation en het centraal station lag. Verder was de kamer heerlijk ruim en schoon, en het zwembad was erg fijn. Het was natuurlijk fijn dat je de hele dag door koffie en thee kon pakken. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
