This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. The rooms are beautifully decorated with modern touches and comfortable beds. I loved having a balcony where I could relax and soak up the atmosphere of the city. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, as it is centrally located near all the major sights of the city.

Had a great Xmas stay! Loved the delicious breakfast and the surprise upgrade. The location was perfect - everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, surprise room upgrade, perfect location.

Only a couple of minor issues - toilet seat slightly unhinged and shower cabin leaked. Would have preferred a different showerhead.

The value for money at this hotel in Rome was excellent. The room was spacious, comfy, and had a nice balcony. The location was perfect, with a lively market square nearby and easy access to all the major attractions. The staff were helpful and even provided us with a free umbrella. a great experience at Navona Essence Hotel.

The breakfast selection could use improvement, as there was a lack of variety in the bread options and the toaster was out of order. Freshly cut fruits and sweet pastries were also not available towards the end of the breakfast service.

I had a great value for my money at Navona Essence. The room was comfortable and quiet, with fantastic amenities. The location was perfect, within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was super helpful and even gave me a free upgrade.

We had a wonderful city trip to this hotel! the breakfast was great and had a good variety. the staff were amazing in pointing out the best places to go and the top attractions. the hotel location was really convenient and we could easily walk to all the major spots. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and complimentary snacks in the lobby.

The room was a bit small and cramped for our taste, but that wasn't too big of an issue. the shower water temperature was tricky to regulate and the towels had a bit of a musty smell.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the fabulous historic center of Rome. The location couldn't have been better - it was in a vibrant neighborhood yet incredibly quiet. I was able to easily walk to all the attractions, including the Vatican City and the Pantheon, within 25 minutes. The hotel staff were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Everything was clean and well maintained.
