we had a fantastic time at Navona Sky Palace. very clean and spacious, with excellent breakfast in the room. Plus, Raphael was a top-notch host, providing accurate route information, great restaurant recommendations, and ensuring our smooth airport transfer.

Location was awesome, walking distance to all the main spots, like Vatican and major attractions. Got sweet breakfast served fabulously in-room, great service from the host, Raphael.

Room not as advertised for 4, cramped space upstairs, cluttered table, and tiny bathroom with shower issues. Had mishaps with broken bidet, door handle, and poor lighting on stairway.

The staff once found my lost ID card. This place is perfect for me with Free Wi, Fi, Luggage storage, Snack bar, and VIP check, in. I enjoy the Coffee shop, Flat, screen TV, and Air conditioning. I keep coming back for the weekend.

I had the best hotel experience ever! The location was incredibly convenient and within walking distance of all the major attractions. Plus, there were plenty of delicious food options nearby. The room was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The breakfast choices, both vegan and continental, were tasty and satisfying. The staff, especially Raphael, were extremely kind and helpful. From providing directions to giving food recommendations, they were always there for whatever I needed. The communication before and during my stay was excellent. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and I can't wait to come back!
