The downtown location was exceptional for access to tourist sites and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed for a good night's sleep. The lobby and breakfast area were well-designed and accessible. The breakfast offered was reasonably good.

I had a fantastic experience at Nh Collection Milano President. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One particular incident stood out to me. We requested an additional pair of slippers and the staff was very kind and prompt in delivering them to our room. Their attentive service truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the fresh water available in the lobby was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location.
