My six-night stay at Nh Collection Palazzo Cinquecento was delightful! The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from Termini station. Despite being close to the train and metro, it was surprisingly quiet. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I also loved the big terrace and the convenience of the tea making facilities. The shower was great too. And let's not forget the fabulous coffee shop and the welcoming staff!

The hotel location is perfect for backpackers, offering easy access to the city, with major transportation hubs close by. The rooms are luxurious, modern, and spacious with everything you need. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained, featuring fully enclosed showers with toiletries, making you feel right at home. The service is impeccable, with staff who go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. The breakfast buffet is rich, with a range of foods on offer, like fresh fruit, hot eggs, and pastries that are sure to satisfy you. The hotel has an amazing view of the city, which is great for taking pictures.

Like every other hotel, there are thin doors between the adjoining rooms, making it difficult to get some peace and quiet or have a lie-in.

nh collection exceeded my expectations with their cheerful and helpful staff, great deals on upgrades, and a convenient location near the train station and amenities like a pharmacy and roadhouse restaurant. the room was clean and well-equipped, the breakfast was amazing, and the view from the window was gorgeous.

From the moment I stepped in, I felt I was in a luxurious paradise. the exclusive amenities in the room were more than I was expecting: a Sun terrace with an impressive Garden area, Leisure/ TV room and private facilities. the Restaurant exceeded my expectations, and the In-room breakfast was delectable. the Bar/ Lounge area and Snack bar were lively, and the Buffet breakfast had everything I craved for. the staff provided outstanding service, and the location advantages were superb.

The only minor issue I had was with the shower, which was not extremely clean as I would expect from such a luxurious hotel. this was easily overlooked considering the magnificent service and the private facilities that were more than I had hoped.

The hotel's location next to the Roma Termini train station and close to a Metro stop makes it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Additionally, being close to Piazza della Republia is great for joining mini bus excursions. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive.

Great location near the train station and Baths of Diocletian. Rooms are newly furnished and light. I loved the secluded terrace for privacy. Although the TV and bathtub were a bit tricky, overall I had a fabulous stay at this reasonably priced hotel and would recommend it to others.

The swimming pools and spa were a highlight of our stay at Nh Collection. The comfortable room, although slightly over-furnished, provided a cozy atmosphere. We also enjoyed the hotel's vast territory, perfect for activities like golf, horseback riding, and jogging. The kids' playground was an added bonus for our little ones.

We experienced the issue with pigeons on the outside veranda just as other guests mentioned. It was disheartening to see them flocking to the tables and dining on leftover food.
