We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, situated in a nice neighborhood and close to the bus station, making it easy to explore the city center. The hotel was also conveniently close to the train station, allowing us to save money on expensive taxi rides. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. We also appreciated the amenities such as the fridge and tea kettle. The front desk women were delightful and went out of their way to assist us.

The hotel also had a lovely restaurant, bar/lounge area, and buffet breakfast which we enjoyed. The hotel had excellent leisure facilities such as a fitness center, jacuzzi, and beach access which made our stay even more enjoyable. this place is highly recommended!

I absolutely loved how convenient the hotel's location was. It is situated in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Additionally, there is a beautiful garden just opposite the hotel, providing a refreshing and tranquil atmosphere. The nearby train station is another advantage, allowing for easy transportation to other parts of the city. Furthermore, the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made my stay even more enjoyable.

Despite the hotel's many positive aspects, I did encounter one small inconvenience. The hotel's bar ran out of beer quite early in the evening, which was a bit disappointing.

the noise level at night was a bit of a bother with pipes/heating sounds in the room and a light that kept turning on automatically when we walked past it.

We particularly loved the hotel's location, which was perfectly situated close to all the main attractions, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This meant we could have a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance from street noise. the convenience of the bus stop near the hotel also saved us from spending a fortune on taxis. the rooms were modern and comfortable, and we were delighted to discover that they offered free Wi-Fi.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that we had been upgraded to a beautiful, clean room with a large balcony. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the city views. To celebrate my husband's birthday, they even delivered a complimentary bottle of prosecco and nibbles to our room, which was a lovely touch. The buffet breakfast every morning was delicious and had a great variety of options. It was included in the price, so it was a fantastic value. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the pillows being a bit too firm for our liking and the shower not having a bathtub, overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Nh Genova Centro. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Genoa, I would highly recommend this hotel.
