Great location near the railway station, making it convenient for exploring the Cinque Terre. The hotel is also close to the pier for taking the ferry, which was a pleasant way to see the five towns. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze.

The rooms could use some renovations, as they appeared old and unkept. the showers leaked onto the bathroom floors, which was inconvenient.

The staff were fantastic - always friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. the breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and cold meats. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the ferry and the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants and gelaterias nearby, and the shopping in town was great too.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The location is perfect as it is near the town center and just a short walk to the ocean. It was so convenient to have a bus stop right outside the hotel, with at least 3 different buses taking us directly to the Train Station.
