Great location with easy access to Dotonbori! The rooftop spa was an oasis, perfect after a long day of exploring. Friendly staff always ready to help made the experience even better!

The laundry facilities were often busy and inaccurate, making it frustrating to use. Also, the king bed was merely two beds pushed together—quite awkward when space was limited.

The garbage heaps left outside the entrance were disappointing!!! Laundry facilities were poor, with many machines out of order. Lobby furniture looked worn and stained. Quite a dirty area around the hotel compared to other parts of Japan!!!

I was pleased by the breakfast selection, which included fresh fruit and traditional dishes. One evening, I took advantage of the relaxing rooftop onsen, taking in the city view. As a European, I appreciated the mix of local culture in such a vibrant atmosphere.

the pillows were a total disaster, just one tiny hard pillow for a king room, how absurd. i can't believe they couldn't get me a proper pillow. also, the laundry machines were a hot mess, only six available and i had to wait ages. nearly wrote a glowing review, but couldn't with these blunders.

Great location! Just a hop to Dotonburi and a cozy rooftop onsen to unwind after exploring. Rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for a family getaway!

However, the rooms were tinier than my purse, and they seemed to have a crowd-control issue—waiting ages for the lift felt like being at a theme park!

the parking area had issues. and it was a bit frustrating. but everything else was perfect! the breakfast had a lot of choices. and we loved the rooftop spa. the location was super convenient, just a quick stroll to dotonbori!
