The onsen was amazing, with a great outdoor pool and city view. The hotel decor was impressive, and the luggage storage setup was convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, both Western and Japanese. The room provided enough space for three people, and the toilet was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent, close to popular attractions and within walking distance of the train station. The hotel staff and car park staff were helpful and accommodating. There were lockers available for luggage storage after checkout.

We had a delightful stay at a hotel located nearby the shopping area. the room, though not big, had all the amenities we needed, including hanging space for clothes. the toiletries provided were superb, and the service from the front desk to the breakfast buffet to room cleaning was professional and stress-free. We especially loved the convenient location, within walking distance of Dotonburi and Shinsabashi, with plenty of eateries, convenience stores, and a supermarket nearby. the beds were perfect for our family of four, and we appreciated the extra space to store our luggage. the rooftop hot spring and the availability of a laundromat were added bonuses, allowing us to relax and take care of our laundry at the same time.

We had a fantastic stay at a newly opened hotel that was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to Kansai Airport and a shopping center nearby. Situated in the heart of the city, we were just a short walk away from the nearest station. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. The view from our room was remarkable, offering a panoramic view of the city skyline.

It would have been nice if they had provided more information about local attractions and the rules of using the facilities at the onsen in different languages.

One drawback was that the rooms and bathrooms were a bit small, which could be a problem for those with larger luggage or who prefer more spacious accommodations. Another downside was the lack of closet space, making it difficult to properly store and organize belongings.

Its prime location is perfect for shopping and eating out. the breakfast was great with a variety of choices even though it was a little pricy. the staff was very friendly.
