As young families, we loved the spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and large bathrooms. The minibar was a convenient touch, and the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The hotel's location near the bus stop to Venice made exploring the city convenient, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

We felt so welcome during our stay that we had nothing to complain about.

During my recent Christmas stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the spacious and clean room, which was equipped with two bathrooms, making it convenient for my family. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Moreover, the hotel's location was a key advantage, as it was conveniently located near public transportation and offered easy access to the main attractions of the city.

There were some aspects that could have been improved. the check-in time at 3:00 PM was not ideal, especially for guests who arrived early and wanted to rest.

We had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for our day trip to Venice, as the bus stop was conveniently right in front of the hotel. It was so easy to hop on the bus and be in Venice in less than 20 minutes. We also loved that there was a tram nearby that made it even easier to explore the city. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Nothing it was perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a great experience. The location was perfect for me as it was situated in a semi private area in the city center. The service provided was exceptional; the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including ironing facilities, tea & coffee, and a flat-screen TV. One of my favorite parts about this place was the terrace, which had lovely garden furniture where I could sit and relax.

This hotel is definitely recommended for families.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The architecture was unbelievable, with two parts of the building surrounding a pier, giving it a very Venice-like feel. The rooms were more like luxury apartments, spacious and just as they should be. The coffee served here was perfect, and everything about my stay was just perfect.

The hotel had spacious and modern rooms with great amenities like dressing gowns and slippers. the bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. the location was convenient with easy access to Venice via bus lines. the hotel also provided good breakfast options, including gluten-free and lactose-free options.

The breakfast area could get crowded and there were long lines for the coffee machine. It would have been better if there was an option to pour coffee from a pot.
