The inconsistent water temperature in showers left much to be desired!!! A complete overhaul of the confusing layout and lack of signage is necessary for ease of navigation!!! Valet parking rates felt excessive compared to local spots!!! Room amenities were disappointingly sparse!!!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Duomo and the trendy fashion district, making it easy to explore Milan.

Despite the great amenities, the breakfast options for gluten-free diets were quite limited, with only a few pre-packed snacks available.

I faced several issues during my stay. Even after I reported this, the follow-up cleaning was half-hearted and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was spotty, making it frustrating to stay connected. I also experienced noise disruptions. the hotel's soundproofing seemed ineffective, allowing noises from the hallway and nearby rooms to intrude upon my stay.

It is a welcoming hotel with friendly staff members like Claudia and Milagro, enhancing the dining experience and offering easy access to popular attractions and a delightful park nearby. They accommodate special requests efficiently.

Really enjoyed my time here! The staff was super friendly and helped me book a table at a cool local restaurant. The breakfast had a good variety, especially loved the pastries. Location was prime for walking around, but the shower water temp was all over the place at times. Overall, it was a fab spot!

It was just a strong match for a brief pit stop in Milan with real value for money. I found the reception confusing to locate upon arrival since there aren't clear signs pointing the way. Make sure to ask where everything is upon check-in to save time.

This place was a gem! Super quick stroll to Central Station and a lovely park nearby. The staff hooked us up with a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was a spread of deliciousness!
