Our family had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was comfortable and well-kept, and we loved the variety of complimentary drinks and sweets in the lobby. Being able to leave our luggage after check-out was a great convenience. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Additionally, there is a parking 10 minutes away that is convenient for those who need to drive. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a decent size. Even though it was free, the connection was poor, which made it difficult to plan the day's activities. It's not fair to charge extra for internet connection when guests are already paying a high price for the room.

The hotel's location in a very good area in this city allows us quick access to the train station, old part of the city, and the famous Duomo. We were also delighted to find a nice park nearby with a coffee shop that served an excellent breakfast for only a few euros. The staff, especially the room service and breakfast staff, were incredibly kind and helpful.

We got amazing value for our money at Nh Collection. The room was fantastic, and we even got upgraded to the top floor with a view of the duomo! The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful park, and within easy walking distance of the train station and the dome. But the real highlight was the staff, who were professional, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. They even marked up a city map for us with all the best restaurants, shopping streets, and attractions.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was right beside a walkable park and only a 10-15 minutes walk to the train station. It was also a quick 20-minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral in the other direction. The hotel facilities were great, with a delicious breakfast and helpful staff. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch.
