We recently stayed at this four-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, situated in a nice area and within a short walking distance to the botanical gardens. We also found that there was an amazing restaurant next door, which had a unique cave-like setting.

Pool was good, rooms a good size and location was good as well - but you did need to either walk or get a taxi to most of the main spots - fine for us but perhaps not so good for everyone. Nice big swimming pool where you can swim whenever you want. Comfortable hotel, comfy bed and pillow. What a surprise to find my favourite tea in the room I didn’t have breakfast there but price for the room was good value. Great location for old town exploring. East walking in and out of areas. Views from terrace overlooking the sea, beautiful. The Junior Suite room was very nice, with big bathroom and nice view of the port. The breakfast was tasty and the pool was clean and big enough for the number of guests. In 20/25 walk you can reach the Cathedral - not a long walk but if done multiple times in a day it can be a bit tiring. I can recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. Our room/suite was spacious and had three beautiful terraces that offered stunning views of the port, sea, and city. The hotel reception went above and beyond, even printing documents for us and making phone calls on our behalf. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions, and we also enjoyed using Lime E scooters to get around. The comfortable bed and amazing sea view made waking up each morning a delight.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the comfortable queen bed and the hot shower in our room. It was the perfect combination for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently located near the main train station and bus routes, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of cafes within walking distance, offering us affordable dining options.

One aspect that we found to be a bit disappointing was the price of certain items, particularly the water and beer. We felt that they were a little expensive, but thankfully there were cheaper alternatives available at nearby cafes.

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Palermo. The hotel's pool was a great feature, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of work. The staff working at the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to access key areas in the city.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I was not particularly fond of. the room I was initially assigned had a noisy air conditioner, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

There were some local individuals who demanded money for "keeping an eye" on parked cars, which can be an inconvenience for some guests.

The poolside restaurant had a limited menu and the quality of the food was sub-par. I ordered a burger that was clearly cooked from frozen and the buns were dry and too big.
