Outstanding staff, warm hospitality, delicious brunch, beautifully restored property, friendly atmosphere.

We had an incredible stay at this bed and breakfast. The home was beautifully restored and well-appointed, with a gorgeous breakfast nook overlooking a colorful garden. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable with luxurious linens and pillows. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenience of coffee and tea stations scattered throughout the hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we loved the option of having wine and beer on tap at reasonable prices.

It was difficult to reach the hotel during the day as there was no phone contact, only communication through email. We had an issue prior to arrival and needed immediate assistance, but the back and forth emails were frustrating.

The breakfast options were limited, with no meat or toast offered. the lack of counter space in our room was inconvenient.

The breakfasts were delicious and unique, enjoyed in a magical breakfast nook overlooking the colorful garden. The rooms and lounge areas were cozy, with a grand piano in the music room. I loved it so much that I extended my stay and will be sending my parents for their anniversary. Worth every penny.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We particularly enjoyed the beautiful breakfast nook that overlooked the colorful garden and the soft jazz music playing in the background. the staff was very friendly, gracious, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the grounds were beautifully landscaped, adding to the overall charm of the place.

One of the major downsides was the difficulty in contacting the hotel during the day. It was nearly impossible to reach them via phone, forcing us to rely on the internet for communication.

We got great value for our money at this cozy and beautiful B&B. The room was comfortable and the house itself was an elegant mix of old and new. The location was ideal, with a lush garden and a grand piano in the lounge area. The staff, especially James, made us feel like VIP guests from start to finish.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety, such as including meats, toast or bread, and juices.

I recently stayed at Double Oaks Bed & Breakfast for two nights and it was a delightful experience. The staff, especially Austin and Michael, were outstanding and made us feel very welcome. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens and pillows were lovely. it was worth every penny and I highly recommend this charming B&B.
