During my recent stay at Nice Rome Holiday, I had a pleasant experience overall. The room was excellent, spacious, and clean, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was great, with stunning buildings, beautiful sites, and a variety of eateries nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to bus stops and a train station, making it easy to explore the city.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The breakfast provided consisted of a croissant, coffee, and juice, which left me feeling hungry afterwards.

We had a fantastic stay in a lovely hotel conveniently located near a charming cafe. The location is perfect, with easy access to the center and close to the train station. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The service from the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the mini fridge stocked with drinks and snacks. a great experience with excellent facilities.

The communication before check-in could have been better.

The room was spacious and clean, and the aircon worked well. , the location was very convenient, close to bus stops and train stations, making it easy to move around the city. Another aspect that we enjoyed was the small fridge stocked with drinks and snacks at reasonable prices.

We also had concerns about how our personal information was handled when our passports were photographed and shared over WhatsApp. the Wi-Fi was not functioning correctly, and instead of a double bed, we were given two single beds pushed together.
