We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, as it was very close to the train station and there were plenty of dining options nearby. We were able to easily walk to most of the main attractions and the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Edi at the reception desk. Breakfast was great with a good variety of products and tasty coffee.

The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The Santa Maria Novella train station was just a stone's throw away, making it convenient for us to explore the city. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. it was a great experience.

The hotel entrance had stairs, which could be a bit inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. the bed could have been more comfortable, although it was not a major issue.

Just returned from a fabulous stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better - just a few minutes' walk from the iconic landmarks and the bustling train station. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the staff, particularly Paola and Edi, were incredibly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, although some more fresh fruit and bread would have made it even better. The only minor downside was the bathroom lighting and lack of shelves, but the soft towels and ample hot water made up for it. we had a wonderful experience at Nizza and will definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel's location was also fantastic, with easy access to the main street and only a short walk to the stunning Duomo. Additionally, the hotel had a cozy and well-decorated atmosphere, making it a lovely place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. a wonderful experience.
