The drone and water light show was impressive and the rooms were quite spacious. We also enjoyed the unique setting which was perfect for a relaxing Easter weekend getaway.

There were too many people which caused some issues with parking and made it feel more like a tourist attraction than a luxury hotel. the food at the restaurant was not great and the service was not up to par.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, with the facility being super clean and the rooms being very comfortable and clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the beautiful swimming pool and the kids play area. The staff were very friendly and supportive, with the butler Torison providing excellent service and the loyalty manager Ms. Fanny Zhang going above and beyond to help us secure a table at the fully booked Chinese restaurant.

The hotel had a unique and impressive architecture, with its integration inside a quarry. The unified quarry and mining theme throughout the entire hotel was a great touch. Additionally, the balconies in all the rooms provided a fantastic view of the surroundings.

The hotel lacked sufficient facilities for guests to enjoy. The spa only had two staff members, and due to a sick staff member, our anniversary spa treatment had to be postponed to the following day.

We were delighted with the unique setting and structure of the hotel. The light show was also a captivating highlight of our stay. The room was comfortable and met our expectations. The Loyalty Manager, Ms. Fanny Zhang, provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us secure a table at the Chinese restaurant despite it being fully booked. Stephen from Commune Restaurant took great care of us during breakfast. The kids play section was a hit with our children. our experience at Intercontinental was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel.
