The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the airport and offering a shuttle service. The rooms were comfortable and the pool area was enjoyable, with a lifeguard on duty. The restaurant had a good kids menu and the food was nice, although the portions were slightly small.

When we arrived, the food was almost all cleaned out and not properly replenished. There was a lack of supplies, with no fruit left and limited options for tea.

The bathrooms were excellent with all necessary toiletries. The swimming pool and gym were lovely, and the sofa bed for a 3rd person was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, fluent in Italian and English. We enjoyed the 'happy hour' meal with fresh food and plenty of variety.
