This hotel's location was convenient to access and about an hour north of Memphis, where we had dinner. The staff were welcoming, courteous, and professional. The pool was a bonus as it had ample chairs and was big enough to swim laps in. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel lacks a working Jacuzzi, which may disappoint guests who expect this amenity. It seems to be a deviation from the standard expected at the Hampton Inn franchises.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby was lovely, and I appreciated the clean restrooms. The entire hotel was immaculate, including my room which was spotless. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast served every morning was delicious. I especially loved the dining room setup with its beautiful decor, tables, chairs, and cozy sofa area. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to downtown and within easy reach of restaurants. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and location were top-notch.

Elevators are available in two areas of the building making for easy access. Enjoyable breakfast with an efficient and friendly staff, perfect for families with kids who will love the pool.

The location was great, right off the expressway, so there was no room to get lost looking for it.

The housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am, waking me up, even though check-out wasn't until 11am. It was a real violation of my privacy when the housekeeper started to enter my room because I didn't respond quickly enough.

This hotel was just what we needed for our city trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary breakfast every morning, which offered a good variety of options to start our day. the location was perfect for us, with restaurants and shops nearby that provided everything we needed within walking distance. the clean and comfortable room was an added advantage that made our stay even better.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location. It was right off the highway and close to restaurants, gas stations, and a Walmart Superstore. Plus, it was easy to find and had fast check-in. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we also appreciated having two elevators, which made it convenient to access our room in the back of the hotel without having to go to the front. The staff was excellent, providing great service from the moment we arrived. They even helped us with our bags and car, which was especially helpful since I have a broken ankle. a wonderful experience!
