We recently stayed at a budget hotel in Rome and had a great experience. the staff at Novotel were exceptionally helpful and polite. We witnessed one customer having an issue with the curtains and windows, but the lady at the desk was very patient and tried to assist for a long time. the hotel also offers a free breakfast for kids, which is perfect for families. the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, providing a great place to rest after a busy day of exploring. the location was also convenient, being about 25 minutes from the city center and the airport by car. we were impressed with the helpful staff, comfortable room, and convenient location.

During my Christmas stay, the two things I appreciated most about the hotel were the comfortable beds and the reasonable price per night. the location was also convenient for getting around the city, with easy access to public transportation. Plus, I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the hotel lobby.

The hotel did not meet my expectations in several areas. the pool was closed, which was a disappointment, and the breakfast was not up to par.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with nice and quiet rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for my business meetings and not far from La Rustica U. The hotel facilities were good, including secure parking and a playroom for children. Transportation to and from the hotel was easy, with a shuttle bus into the city and taxis available.

Some staff members, particularly one lady in the cafeteria, can be rude and lacking in courtesy towards guests.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect as it was conveniently situated between the nearest train station and the city center. This made it extremely easy for us to travel around and explore the city without having to rely on taxis. The room service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The amenities provided in our room such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar were a great convenience. Additionally, the terrace offered a beautiful view and a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
