We recently stayed at a budget hotel in Rome and had a great experience. The staff at Novotel were exceptionally helpful and polite. We witnessed one customer having an issue with the curtains and windows, but the lady at the desk was very patient and tried to assist for a long time. The hotel also offers a free breakfast for kids, which is perfect for families. , the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, providing a great place to rest after a busy day of exploring. The location was also convenient, being about 25 minutes from the city center and the airport by car. we were impressed with the helpful staff, comfortable room, and convenient location.

Fun day at Centro Commerciale Roma Est and Castello di Lunghezza, and an ideal place for a relaxing break at the bar. The hotel's design is a great starting point to visit the eternal city. Wonderful Italian cuisine in a poolside setting and the shuttle service compensate for its inconvenient location.

During my Christmas stay, the two things I appreciated most about the hotel were the comfortable beds and the reasonable price per night. the location was also convenient for getting around the city, with easy access to public transportation. Plus, I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the hotel lobby.

The hotel did not meet my expectations in several areas. the pool was closed, which was a disappointment, and the breakfast was not up to par.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect as it was conveniently situated between the nearest train station and the city center. This made it extremely easy for us to travel around and explore the city without having to rely on taxis. The room service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The amenities provided in our room such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar were a great convenience. Additionally, the terrace offered a beautiful view and a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
