The hotel is perfectly located right in the city centre, just in front of the St Stephen's Shopping Center. This means that everything you need is within easy reach, from shops to restaurants. The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory, and the shower was especially good.

That the breakfast buffet could have been better. The hot food items seemed to have been sitting out for quite some time, making them not as appetizing.

It was a nice touch that continued throughout our stay, as the kids received even more chocolate upon check-out. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the shower in our room was excellent. The strong water pressure made for a refreshing experience. The location of the hotel was also convenient, and we enjoyed the fabulous views from our room. I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Hull for a quick city break. The location was perfect, right next to the train and bus station. The noise from outside, particularly from nightclub revellers, made it difficult to get a good night's sleep for some guests.
