Opera Private Suites provided a modern and clean room, typical of a 3/4 star hotel. the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great, especially for the hot weather in Italy. the staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the city and information on the metro. They even gave us great recommendations for restaurants, which turned out to be some of the best meals we've had.

The communication with the staff was smooth and they were helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance of the main train station and the city center. This made it easy for us to explore Rome on foot. the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.

To our experience. the lack of an elevator was a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying heavy luggage.

Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und roch angenehm. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet, mit einem See direkt nebenan und nur wenige Meter von der Nordsee entfernt. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut und leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar.
