As a satisfied guest, I recently stayed at Orcagna for a few days. The breakfast offered a wide selection and was served in a calming atmosphere. The location was ideal, with plenty of local cafes and restaurants nearby, just a short 15-minute walk from the city center. The room and bathroom were both clean and tidy. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Orcagna will definitely be my top choice when I visit next.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful with all our questions. the location was great, just a short walk away from the river and within walking distance of all the main attractions. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the food was delicious.

The only negative aspect was that the bathroom in our suite was completely open, which didn't provide any privacy. It would have been better if there was a curtain or some sort of divider to separate the sleeping areas.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for dinner and showing us the best way to get around the area. the room arrangement for couples was perfect, providing a cozy and romantic atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the city view.

The water piping from other rooms was very loud and it was frustrating to be woken up by the noise late at night or early in the morning. Additionally, the shower had no door, causing water to spill out and create a small lake that required constant clean up.

The rooms at Hotel Orcagna were spacious and beautifully decorated. The comfortable bed and the color changing lights over it added a nice touch. The staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for dining. The breakfast was delicious and the chef, Mary, was outstanding. A continental breakfast was even provided in the fridge for early departures. The concierge, Christine, went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring reimbursement for our unexpected expenses and taking care of all our transport and room needs. the hotel had a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with Catherine and Mary standing out as exceptional staff members.
