My recent stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful, making me feel welcome and appreciated. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the Riverwalk and close to various landmarks like the Alamo and Spanish Governor's Palace. the breakfast buffet was warm and stocked, offering a wide variety of options, including delicious Texas-shaped waffles. the outdoor swimming pool and courtyard area were pleasant spots to relax after a day of exploring the city.

The views from the 11th floor at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk were absolutely stunning. I enjoyed taking in the beautiful cityscape and river views from my room. The 501 Lounge served up some delicious dining options, and the pool and spa area provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. the daily housekeeping service kept my room neat and tidy throughout my stay.

The front desk, valet, and parking staff were not very welcoming and the valet parking seemed a bit disorganized, so I opted to park my own car in the hotel's parking lot for a fee.

Despite minor noise and breakfast time inconveniences, La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk impresses with consistent excellence for my San Japan trips. Friendly staff, decent rooms, and reasonable elevator wait times. An annual choice with potential for even more improvement.

I loved the location, just steps away from the Riverwalk, perfect for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature. The room was spotless and had a microwave and fridge, which added convenience. The bed was comfortable and there were many options for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and there was a nice bar and pool area. Great for both couples and families.

The location rocks, man! Right across the street from the Riverwalk plus close enough to stagger back from the Alamo Dome after a concert. Digging the laid-back vibes at the pool, just what the doc ordered after a long day. Bummer about the cold outdoor spa, though; no heads-up and a tad confusing vibe from the staff about fireworks view. 🤷‍♀️
