Plus, being next to the Tram station makes it very convenient to explore Milan. Secondly, the staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including comfortable beds and reliable WiFi. Oh, and breakfast was included too, which was a nice bonus.

The worst aspect of our stay was the noise level, as the walls of the room were quite thin and the window didn't block out all the noise from outside. the staff member who checked us in was not very friendly and did not offer much information or assistance.
