We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the slopes and only a short walk to the main area of Zell am See. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a delicious welcome drink and given all the necessary information about the hotel and the surrounding area. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable.

Staff attentive, facilities clean. Lake view from room beautiful. Sauna/pool well maintained. Half board option flexible. Guided ski outing fun.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Zell am See and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the ski slope, which was perfect for us as avid skiers. The summer card provided by the hotel also helped us save money on various trips and activities. The room was comfortable and clean, with a wonderful view of the lake. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We did find that the hotel was a bit away from the lively center of Zell am See, which meant we had to walk a bit to reach the main attractions and restaurants.

What a fantastic way to welcome the New Year! the facilities were great, and the staff was super-friendly. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the slopes. I loved the amazing view of the snow-covered mountains from my room! the food was delicious and beautifully presented. the swimming pool was lovely, and I enjoyed relaxing in the heated water while it was snowing outside.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative to say about this hotel. It was everything I wanted and more.
