The facilities were top-notch, especially the big kitchen equipped with all the necessary tools and free food. The location was fabulous and safe, close to all the attractions. The staff members were incredibly kind and friendly, always going out of their way to help us. We highly recommend this place!

This hostel is conveniently located near the central train station, making it easy to access for travelers. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with comfortable bunks, lights, power outlets, and shelves. The staff is exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and even participate in events organized by the staff.

The lack of privacy curtains on the bunks is a minor downside for those seeking more privacy during their stay.

The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the attractions. The hostel had a great social vibe and organized fun activities for guests to meet new people. The clean kitchen and free food were a big plus. We felt safe walking around Florence in the evening with many people around. Despite a few minor issues mentioned by other guests, our private room was spacious and comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Rihan and Agostina, made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this hostel for a fantastic and sociable experience in Florence.

Great location, very close to the train station and city center. the rooms are beautifully decorated with tasteful furniture. the beds are very comfortable.

The noise from the street was unbearable in our double room. the windows did not absorb any of the noise, making it difficult to sleep.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. The hostel had a great social vibe with daily events and a beautiful terrace. The location was convenient, close to the train station and within walking distance of the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel. the staff, especially Jenny, were exceptional. They were always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Despite being a large hostel, it was always clean and the staff made an effort to connect with guests on a personal level. the hostel also organized events and activities for travelers to participate in, creating a friendly and sociable environment. I can't wait to come back and stay here again in the future.

They even offered us a free welcome drink, which was a great surprise! the hostel was well-kept and clean, and the shared kitchen was a bonus, with plenty of free food available. I had a great time staying at a hostel in Florence. The location was perfect, with all the tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The atmosphere was lively and inclusive, making it easy to meet new people. I stayed in a four-bed dormitory, and the bunks were comfortable with enough space to relax and sleep. The room also had its own bathroom, which was kept clean. The best part was the large kitchen, where I could prepare my meals on a budget.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The hostel is quite big and caters more towards younger, party-oriented guests.
