The value for money at this hotel was great and the room on the 5th floor was absolutely beautiful. The staff treated us incredibly well, fulfilling all our wishes without hesitation.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly in terms of variety and quality.

We've been motoring to Umbria for the past twelve years and always stay at The Palace Grand Hotel. The staff is helpful and the bar service is excellent. Our classic-style room was comfortable and we were lucky to find a free EV charger. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the Italian lakes by car. we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and comfortable experience.

The swimming pool was disappointingly small, more like a postage stamp. Also, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, especially near the bed.

The walls in the rooms were paper-thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of sound insulation meant that we could hear every word from the neighboring rooms and even the noise from parties in the hotel.
