the gym is exceptional with multiple machines and space to workout. pool was filthy and not inviting.

Breakfast offered a variety of options, including bagels, and the staff kept the dining area clean and well-stocked. The suite was spacious, providing a nice view, and the bed was extremely comfortable—those pillows were a standout! However, upon arrival, the check-in was less than ideal due to a lack of friendliness from the front desk staff. The room had some cleaning issues, including dirty glasses and a malfunctioning light that took quite a while to be addressed by maintenance.

Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were great. Room was dirty and lights didn't work.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating during my stay. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection. Near the hotel, I found a convenient bicycle rental service that was a nice bonus.

The spacious suite was perfect for our family, providing ample space and comfortable beds. However, the breakfast selection was limited, lacking items like plain eggs and varied meats. Housekeeping service was not consistent, as we had to frequently ask for towels and did not receive full cleaning during our stay. Great for families but improvements are needed in breakfast variety and housekeeping consistency.

I was utterly frustrated upon arrival as the check-in process took forever due to the room not being ready. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom, which made it feel uninviting and gross. To top it off, the pool was advertised as an amenity but was in disrepair and completely unusable during our stay, leaving my kids disappointed.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially ricki at the front desk who was flexible with rates. loved the BBQ area for our group, we had tons of room to eat and chill. pool was a nice touch too, perfect for team bonding. the hotel was clean and new so it felt good to stay here. having a convenience store a minute away was a plus!

Had a great time enjoying the comfy bed and a delicious breakfast with lots of options. the staff did a fantastic job keeping everything clean. There were awesome spots to relax, including a cozy lounge area and a refreshing pool. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster! 😊
