We loved the location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city but still in a quiet area. Being in a pedestrian street did make it a little confusing for us when we arrived by car, but the staff was helpful in directing us to a nearby car park. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a balcony that offered a great view of the surroundings. The staff was kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The hotel was also close to the sea, allowing us to easily take walks along the waterfront.

The international buffet breakfast was a bit too varied for our tastes. We would have preferred a simpler option with just fruit, breads, and coffee served by a person.

The location of this apartment is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city in a pedestrian area, yet surprisingly quiet. You can easily walk to the Grand Canal and other attractions. The room is clean and modern, with tall ceilings and a spacious feel. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The breakfast options and quality were not up to par.

During our new year stay, the family suite was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. the suite featured a fully-equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which made our stay more convenient. the breakfast service was quick and friendly at a location nearby with good quality offered. the location of the hotel was definitely one of the best aspects, as it was within easy walking distance of many shops and attractions.

The check-in process was not smooth and the absence of a reception nearby was problematic. Our driver had trouble finding the place, and even when we did find it, it took us a while to get familiar with the check-in procedure.
