The hotel is conveniently located near all the tourist attractions, but not right in the midst of all the chaos. We loved being able to easily access the Academy Bridge for strolls and the private dock for water taxis. The room was quiet and provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The AC worked wonderfully and allowed us to escape the heat during the day. Madalena at the front desk was amazing, providing thoughtful recommendations. The bar crew were friendly and served fantastic cocktails. The breakfast was surprisingly good, even by American standards. The room itself was comfortable and beautifully designed, with a lovely outdoor terrace. The hotel excelled in organizing tours and recommending restaurants, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and attention to detail.

I had one minor issue with this hotel; breakfast ordered through room service required pre, ordering the night before.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even accommodating my request for peonies in the room. The complimentary drinks on arrival and daily restocking of toiletries were thoughtful touches. The breakfast options were plentiful and of high quality. a fantastic experience for any tourist.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel that looked stunning, from the luxurious interiors to the stylish designs. It was located in a great location, easy to access and surrounded by exclusive and quiet areas. the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. the complimentary lounge was cozy and inviting, and we spent many happy hours there with a drink in hand, chatting with friends.

The service at the bar was pretty slow and disorganized, we had to wait longer than we wanted to get served. the staff didn't seem to care about our comfort when a party was going on, and the noise kept us awake at night.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs, organizing vegan breakfast and dinner for me in advance. The food was absolutely delicious and I felt well taken care of. Additionally, I booked a boat experience through the hotel which was a highlight of my trip. We enjoyed a 1.5-hour motorboat ride with Prosecco and appetizer food, all of which was also vegan. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk to a famous square and nestled in a quiet area. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel special throughout my stay. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to this city.
