The rooms were very large and clean, offering great value for the price. Additionally, the stylish room was comfortable, making it a pleasant stay.

One major drawback was the lack of breakfast options. There was only a small grab-and-go option available at 8 am, and it took an incredibly long time to get my food.

Even though I'm not a gambler, I still thoroughly enjoyed my time here. And of course, the buffet was outstanding - delicious food and great variety. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What a pleasant surprise Hotel Cherokee was! For us it was a one night stop on a road trip across country. The hotel was impeccably clean and the room was one of the best we stayed in on our travels. Lots of space, beautifully decorated, and the shower was absolutely wonderful! We didn't make much use off the casino itself but enjoyed dinner in the hotel that night. Highly recommend this little oasis!

I had the best stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely gorgeous, and I loved that it was conveniently located right off the highway. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and provided excellent service. The breakfast was terrific and I enjoyed the fact that the signs were in both English and the Cherokee language. Plus, the complimentary valet parking made my stay even more convenient. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, staff, and location were top-notch.

The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom that was especially convenient for our needs. We also appreciated the delicious complimentary breakfast, although the wait staff and cashier could have been friendlier. The hotel went above and beyond by allowing us to charge our electric vehicle overnight, which was a huge bonus since there aren't many charging stations in the area. The pool was an added bonus, and we had it all to ourselves. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

There were some "unsavory" types hanging around the casino, even in the early morning. The elevator was frustrating to use, as you needed to use the room key to make it work.

Our recent stay at Cherokee Casino Hotel was a fun and memorable experience. The room we stayed in on the 9th floor had a beautiful view of pastoral scenes and stunning storm clouds. The bed was firm and the pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and courteous throughout our stay. We enjoyed the cold AC, spacious room and bathroom, and the excellent location. The on-site food options were also good. we had a great time at the hotel.

One minor drawback of our stay was the lack of WiFi. We experienced difficulties connecting to the internet during our three visits and the mobile service was spotty at best.
