The area can be a bit lively in the evenings, but it adds to the vibrant atmosphere. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry services available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also appreciated the variety of amenities offered, such as a sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe. What a hidden gem! the hotel was beautifully renovated and the staff was super helpful. the restaurant had fantastic food and the location was perfect for exploring the city - we were just a stone's throw away from all the action. the courtyard and garden were so lovely to enjoy breakfast and relax in. And the rooms! They were large and so comfortable, we felt right at home.

The surrounding area - especially at night. the alleys leading up to the hotel were a bit dodgy and could be intimidating for some travelers, especially women traveling alone.

Our room was incredibly comfortable with a small balcony and a view of historic buildings. the mini bar prices were reasonable, and the breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. the location was ideal, close to famous sights and a vibrant pedestrian area with numerous bars and eateries. Despite the city's diversity, we always felt safe, even when walking at night. One particular highlight was the exceptional chef and the helpfulness of the staff, who even contacted us about a forgotten item.
