We had a fantastic stay at Ibis. the location was perfect, with the BTS right beside the hotel, connecting us to all the major malls like MBK and Siam Discovery. We were also just a short walk away from Siam Paragon and Siam Center. the 7-11 inside the hotel was incredibly convenient, allowing us to stock up on drinks and delicious microwave food. the staff were always friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Another advantage was the presence of a 24-hour convenience store within the hotel, which was super convenient for grabbing snacks or any essentials.

Worst aspects of my stay were the small room size and inconsistent hot water. the room I was given was a bit smaller than expected, and the hot water in the shower would fluctuate, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature.

The rooms were clean and had a very nice view of Bangkok. The breakfast offered a vast selection and was delicious.

One of the highlights was the well-maintained and comfortable rooms, providing a relaxing space after a long day of exploring the city.

There were a few areas that could be improved. the attitude of some of the front desk staff was not welcoming, and they seemed uninterested in providing good customer service.

The hotel is also very accessible to restaurants, malls, transportation, and the iconic center. The rooms are clean and tidy, creating a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread, priced at around 200 Baht per person, offers a good selection of dishes from Thai to American continental breakfast.

Had a great Easter break at this hotel. Really enjoyed the complementary Easter egg basket they left in my room. the location was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to all the must-see sights. I also loved the convenience of having a 24-hour fitness center on site which helped me burn off all the delicious Thai food I was indulging in.

The bathroom which was quite small and cramped. But overall, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the other great amenities the hotel had to offer.
