arriving at palazzo caracciolo was such a letdown, staff barely acknowledged us, quite shocking really. the shower was so poorly designed, i honestly feared for my safety. i also expected at least a complimentary upgrade to compensate for these inconveniences, but that must have been too much to ask. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Consider asking for a room on the upper levels to minimize street noise and better enjoy the architecture. The breakfast selection includes delicious fresh pastries.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited Pompeii and took a stroll in the historic area. The breakfast spread was solid, and the courtyard dining felt really nice. Don't miss out on their wine list. it was pretty good! The staff at reception were super friendly and offered great local tips.
