The charming hotel was located in a quieter part of a historic city, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Our room, though small, was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat. The young receptionist was incredibly helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for local dining. The location itself was perfect, allowing easy access to various attractions and transportation options. Additionally, the hotel staff accommodated our early departure by providing a breakfast tray to our room. I highly recommend this atmospheric hotel for a memorable stay.

This hotel is located in a small quiet area, just off a quiet canal street. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the prices in peak tourist season. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and decorated with gorgeous decor. The AC works perfectly, even with a "do not disturb" card on the door. The breakfast includes lovely fresh coffee from a machine.

This hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the station and close to the bustling grand canal. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a well-equipped bathroom and a helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were plenty of dining options nearby. We also enjoyed the convenience of having easy access to the islands of Murano and Burano.

Spent Xmas in the most charming hotel ever! Loved the complimentary prosecco and panettone in our luxurious room overlooking the canal. The location was superb, just a stone's throw from the heart of the city, but tucked away in a quieter corner. We enjoyed wandering around the nearby alleys and stumbling upon hidden cafes and historic sights. And the staff were so friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and sights to see.

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, with limited options and disappointing coffee. , we were disappointed to find that we had to pay extra for Wi-Fi.

Our stay at Palazzo Cendon was fantastic. We were in Venice for three days and found the hotel to be in a great location, close to restaurants, souvenir shops, and the water bus stop. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodated all of our requests, from providing a water heater and iron to serving us an early breakfast. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and the hotel itself was well-maintained. we had a delightful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
